We pack and ship orders Monday - Friday, we do not ship orders over the weekend.
Generally, orders ship within 2-3 business days after they are received*. You will receive an e-mail the moment your order ships.
We're still a relatively small operation so we can get backed up after holidays, big sales, or while shipping large pre-orders out the door.
If you have not received an email within several business days and none of the above conditions seem like they'd apply, please reach out via our Support Form and we'll be happy to look into this for you.
*Pre-order and back-ordered items are an exception.
Items ordered alongside a pre-order will ship with the pre-order, if you would like to arrange for those items to ship earlier, please review your options here.
A note about pre-orders: We make every effort to set realistic ship dates based on the information provided to us by suppliers, however we cannot control or predict delays caused by manufacturing issues or supply chain shortages. We will reach out via email if delays force us to adjust a scheduled ship date.
