When do pre-orders ship?

Pre-orders begin shipping a few days before release date. Any items ordered alongside a release or product that is available via pre-order will be held until all items in the order are available to ship.

We make every effort to set realistic ship dates based on the information provided to us by manufacturers; external factors can negatively impact in-hand dates and create delays.

If we are forced to change a scheduled ship date, we will reach out via email to let you know.
