Why was my order/part of my order canceled?

CART LIMITS

Even when a limit is not explicitly noted, we reserve the right to trim ordered quantities in excess of what we deem one person reasonably needs.

We do our best to price our releases fairly in an effort to ensure anyone who wants a copy can purchase one. Just because you can afford 10 Early Bird LPs, for example, doesn't mean you should be able to deprive 9 other people of the opportunity to own one.

We've had a lot of issues with orders being lost and/or disputed when this type of service is involved and may choose to cancel and refund your order in full. 

SOMETHING YOU ORDERED IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Unfortunately, inventory counts are not always 100% accurate and we may have oversold an item you purchased.

If we know that we can and will restock the missing item, we will either split-ship your order or get in touch to let you know that the order will be shipping later than expected.

If we don't believe that we will be able to restock your purchase, the item will be removed and a refund will be issued.
