Polyvinyl accepts returns on the following items:

  • unopened CDs, LPs, and tapes

  • unworn and unwashed apparel

You may access self-serve returns on your customer account page within 30 days of delivery.

For questions about returns outside of the 30-day window, please fill out our Support Form to get in touch and we will provide further instructions to start your return if approved.


A note about Postage Costs: we cover shipping costs only if you were shipped an incorrect item or your purchase is damaged/defective.
